It's that awkward moment when you step out of the tavern after a few drinks and stumble into the guards, mutter something vaguely offensive, and everyone draws their pistol...

Looks like you got tricked, not too good of captain you have.
Maybe start a mutiny or jump ship and find fortune on another ship.
