Bartolomeu quest

You're right, I forgot to add Francisco Cruz in the Guadeloupe_Port. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Here's also the fix for the officers during the infiltration mission. I removed the officer locators for the quest location and added in the quest_reaction.c the functions storeofficers and restoreofficers. So the fix should work.

"Gherarde de Jongh" seems rather cowardly in the sea battle. His ship starts fleeing from me, making the battle rather a lot more complicated.
You probably need to make sure that he's set to the correct task and has his "nosurrender" thingeys set up correctly. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

When I encountered Juan Esteban, I seem to have accidentally killed him.
The min HP check didn't have any effect; probably I did too much damage in one stroke. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

For the Devlin's quests, you are the governor of Turks, aren't you ?

About the WIC Boss, he should have some dialogues similar to a merchant, giving only some trader missions to the player (not selling items for instance). Maybe you could do these dialogues because for now I <b>focus</b> my work on the assassin quest.

Actually, my time is more limited than I'm pretending.
