I am arrive in Guadeloupe and i must go to prison but impossible to find the prison

The prison is inside the "Barracks" in the port section, left near the town gates leading to the rest of the town.

something else when you go to the low city it is impossible to come back with the normal gate I think it is a bug <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/guns.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":2guns" border="0" alt="guns.gif" />
 
Suppose we ought to look into that. I know I walked OUT of the city once, but never walked back.
 
cant seem to find nathaniel in tortuga. i did manage to find some fellow who kicked my ass when asking about him.

please advise.

In the standard main quest, only Bartolomeu is running. But I can't do it in the main quest for the story. Anyway, I already added the feature, when you talk to Roxanne in the port, you can see Francisco Cruz running to the Store in the background. I even made a quick reskin for him. As you know, you meet this guy for the first time during the fight in Boca de Hubon when Pedro Rivera captures the 'Santiago'. But how to recognize someone using a simple <i>sailor2 </i>model <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />o)

Now, with this unique texture the problem is solved. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

When you finish to play my main quest, I will send you all the modifications you told to make in these last days.

Btw : I also think to change some settings for the items at the start of the main quest to make something a bit original.

the quest log mentions a pirate on tortuga. so, naive as i am, go to tortuga to find him.

obviously i need to be in charlestown in a church, talking to an old lady. what was i thinking !

If the quest log says to go to Tortuga, probably you SHOULD be going to Tortuga. Sorry about the Charlestown confusion; that comes later in the quest. First go to Tortuga and talk to one of the people in the port. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

i found myself in an awkward position. the pirates in tortuga dont like me anymore <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

i tried all variations of raising the pirate flag in the 'relations' menu, and the raising of the pirate flag at sea.
it says they hate my guts. -15 repuation.

i dont suppose theres some nifty workaround ?

The relation agents don't sort out relations with pirates, do they?
If you are famous, then you can join the pirates by talking with the Nevis pirate leader.
 
That night entry into San Juan is quite a challenge!
You can't afford to be hit even once, so you have to make good use of those throwing knives you get.
And there's a whole bunch of guards on patrol, so there's some real sneaking around that you need to do. Good job! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" />

Uh... useful answers are usually quite welcome even when they don't come from me, I imagine. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

There is some locations in the game where officers are never generated. I think that is because they don't have the officer locators.
So you could probably also just remove those locators from the quest location locator file and then you're certain that any other officers also won't show up.

The following two lines of code might also be helpful to you:
<i>StoreOfficers(pchar.id);
RestoreOfficers(pchar.id);</i>

I *think* the first line saves your officers, but removes them from your active officer partly, leaving you all alone, and the second line restores them back to ordinary business. I'm not entirely sure how and if they work, though, so you'd have to test it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
