Is anybody else looking forward to the next Elder Scrolls game? I wouldn't be keeping an eye on it, except that there hasn't been much in the way of good RPGs coming out lately.

A German gaming site has provided a little more unknown info on the game:

– The map is 3D, but you can’t make notes on it

– Some dragons are friendly, at least to the point of holding conversations with the player

– Some level of economic simulation is in, with the prices of goods reflecting the state of the world

– Blowing wind will whip up the surface of bodies of water

– Lockpicking: still a minigame

– In addition to the five major cities, there will be eight or nine smaller settlements to visit

– You can buy houses again

– Children will appear in some form in-game

and as far as I can tell . . .

system requirements are still only in the guessing stages.

Thanks for the links! :onya

By the sounds of it, requirements will probably be nice and steep unless you can disable or severely limit most of the graphical options.

I don't care how steep the system requirements are. I'll sell my damn car to upgrade my pc if I have to...lol

:rofl "Helicopter Cameraman" needs to be an unlockable ability whereby, at any time during gameplay, your character can be picked up and chucked across the game world, eventually becoming impaled on the land or a building. xD:

Is it weird that I want to buy that? :shock Heck, it is $150!

‘The Art of Skyrim’ coffee table book: Featuring over 200 pages of striking, full-color illustrations, sketches and models, this stunning 9 3/8” x 12 1/8” coffee table book showcases the characters, creatures, environments, and weaponry of Skyrim. With a foreword by game director Todd Howard and commentary from Bethesda Game Studios artists, readers will be guided through the game’s iconic visual style.

i guess that's one way of calling it. xD:

No DLC with the collectors edition -_-

At least, that is what the guy at my local game shop said. At least have some DLC for some exclusive dragon shout/race/armour or an extra dungeon. Hell, even exlusive beard/hair styles. An afro and goatee at least.

I was refering to the console version :yes

I'm not buying the game on PC, because it will explode if I try to run it.
