If you mean the texture of the lighting, you just need the .tga.tx file from POTC.

Well, I tried porting the POTC weather into COAS. It worked, but because it's scripts are very poor, you get very bad shadows and ugly lightning in cities. You could try porting the skies, but I think even there COAS has more sky texture files which wouldn't be compatible with POTC ones... I will try and see what I can do, because I also like POTC atmosphere.
