1. Can't there be a log entry right after the first killer titled like "Strange killer" so that people do get the impression that there is something bigger behind this. After the 3rd killer, there also could be an entry, saying something like "I should be really careful when I meet other killers in the future", so that people get a chance to solve this quest on their own without knowing the walkthrough.
2. Okay.
3. He did not appear, because I did not play the fool, when talking to him. (see point 1)
4. Okay thanks. I guess I missed the 2nd killer, because of I thought this is some side quest stuff about getting some money. I am at the 5th killer now and I cannot find the sixth one. So this quest is over.

Hye lads..

One question, why my 3rd mission from GG not appear in my journal or log book? Oh by the way I am playing English nation quest..
when i try to board the said brig, I can't do anything.. how to get the chest that contain info that GG want?
anybody have ideea.... thanks..

when i moor at moskito shore,
there's spanish survivior name something like Ricci
whe he chat wit me,there's notting happen..just empty chat box...
can't esc,enter,walk or else....
what the problem mate?
can help,anyone please?

Are you playing the "stock" - unmodded game? :?

The bug should be fixed if you are playing using the mod. ( Combined Mod ( CM ) - or Gentleman of Fortune (GOF ) )

it's about the totem(Tonatiuth).. exit from west gate portobello,left twice, but did not found the totem... almost the place i'm looking for... but no clue..
can tell where the exactly it's? which tree? anyone please? got any pic?

hello mates.i am new in the game and i wanted to ask some things.i have finished the peter blodd quest and i set sail for martinique.i am there but i have tons of problems.firt i wanted to know how i can back on my feet.meaning money lvl up my character.i know i have to sell the frigate because of the penalties but how can i grow up as a captain?
 
Best thing to do if you want to keep is is get an officer and lay up the ship and buy yourself something within your level. After that, do some trade runs, or side missions for governors.
 
lvling up is a bit bificult or it is my imagination?i have completed 2 governor quests and 4 merchant travels but i am still lvl 2 :(
 
Hi guys!

I have played in Age of Pirates 2 City of Abandoned Ships for a few months.
I started as Diego Espinoza ( I forgot his name ), but I claimed that it's too simple game. I gained two frigates, man of war and warship, but I changed it on battleship.
Anyway, when I decided to work for France I couldn't do missions from Governor, because I had worked for Brotherhood - whatever it is...

So, I decided to begin a new game at last and now, I play as Ian Stance.
The game is such difficult, so I've got two questions for you guys.

1) I've got only 40 energy. How to raise it?

2) I gained capabilities to work for England, Netherland and France, because I did all needed missions from these locals governors and they offer me to work for their countries.
So, can you tell me which of these options is the most interesting?
I'm working for France, but I can't do the first mission.
When I worked for England, I did a first mission, but I'd rather don't want to be an Englishman, because they've got more enemies, than Netherland or France.
When I worked for Holland, I couldn't do a first mission too, because I couldn't cope with those guys in San Martin.


I've got a corvette and I've just gained a pinnace.

So, I ask you for a few tips. May you advise me, what country should I work for.

Regards and sorry for my English, but it's my first time on this site and I'm from Poland, so English isn't my nationality language.



PS:
On Martinque in Fort the France in the tavern I met Sancho Esteban and he offered me some mission to do.
I noticed that he offered me to go to Charleston, because there are ships with gold or he offered me to go to Charlestown, because there is a ship with slaves.
Does someone talk me more about this guy and his missions?
 
Dutch Mission line:

You are tasked with taking 3 Fluyts to La Vega to pick up food. 70000 #'s worth (or whatever the unit is). However the merchant in La Vega only has like 400 units of food on him!

What did I do wrong?
 
Word of warning!!!!

When you do the Leif the Lucky part of the Ascold quest and he takes over your body, you will lose whatever letter of Marque you have at the time!

fortunately, the GG remembered me when I bought a new one at the expense of some rep
 
how do I do the missions that gotta go in cities of other nations and that pirate and when I'm in town I'm always attacked? For example the mission of the Morgan

If you have to go to a town belonging to a country that is hostile to you - you need to get either a patent or a trade license for that country - to stop the soldiers attacking you.

You can buy these from the diplomats in the Pirate settlement taverns.
 
So England will finish the war with Spain and United Provinces will start to fight with Spaniards? I'm talking about ravages of course.

Could you finish the French quests or may you know the ravages of graduate those quests?
To be honest, I wonder what country to work and I think about England or France.
 
I'm having a bit of a problem in getting the Ascold quest...no merchant in any store give me this freaking mission! Not that I searched every settlement. :p But does it take a lot of time to find it?:bounce

If you are really stuck & have cheat mode enabled - Press F11 - to bring up the cheat screen - then click on F22 button & Ascold Quest info will be displayed ( Store keeper - trader - where tablets are - etc)
