WRITE WHAT YOU WANT

okay, here's one pic, though not the best:

<a href="http://www.megatokyo.com/strip/586" target="_blank">http://www.megatokyo.com/strip/586</a>

you can ignore the rest of the comic. it doesn't make any sense at all if you haven't read the rest of it.

here's a full pic, though it makes even less sense than the first one to someone who hasn't read the rest:

<a href="http://www.megatokyo.com/strip/560" target="_blank">http://www.megatokyo.com/strip/560</a>

who cares, it's a huge cannon.

That may work. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

it's not very mobile though, and has a long loading time. besides, that thing hits just about anything it's pointed at, not just the target.

exactly. however, the beam itself is very accurate. as long as you don't stand in front or behind the yuk seen from the cannon's angle, you should be fine.

Unfortunately, with a Yuk you can't very well plant yourself in front of it to get a good shot. We could be anywhere when that gun goes off.

the only way i see this could work is someone running away from the yuk who is chasing him, making the yuk run past the barrel so i can vaporize it.

Who do you have in mind to be the bait?<img src="http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x172/oldsalt_bucket/emoticons/thangry-30.png" border="0" class="linked-image" />

no need to get angry. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" /> not yet, at least.

Well, I have to admit its a solid plan. Lets use Cylon as the bait though. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dev.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":d:" border="0" alt="dev.gif" />

hmm... allright. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/happy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="^_^" border="0" alt="happy.gif" /> might even 'accidentally' hit him if he stays too close to the yuk.

<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dev.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":d:" border="0" alt="dev.gif" />

well, Ed didn't take too long by the looks of it, so i could do it in a fairly short time too. the gun absorbs power from all nearby power supplies too, so no electric cable is required.

Will it drain all of us of our life force then? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />

no, only electrically oriented power supplies.

note: i take all this info from the webcomic. kinda handy not having to make anything up. sort of.

Good. Okay, now we have to figure out how to lose the Yuk. I'll keep it comin' after me while you set the gun up.

after you? since when the self-sacrifice? meh, i don't mind. as long as that thing runs past the massive barrel on this thing.

Well, you be the only one who knows how to set up the gun, and so it has to chase someone. I'll just have to get a big enough lead on it. Maybe it could chase you then you lose it and I'll have it come after me.
