Spanish soldier to accompany the English French and Dutch colonial soldiers. (released)
 
Since we are going to use era's in the game, I decided we needed soldiers for ALMOST every period, the english, even the stock, where too modern, so I made some older ones (done, but not yet released) I hope you will like it, I think Petros can use it <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

yep yep, looking good! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> they seem far more logical than the original ones.
 
No matter what skin that spanish officer has ..it still looks like a womanized man/dandy . <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wacko:" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" />
 
Some of those guys those days DID look like dandies <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> There are some paintings which feature men, but you can't sure say if it is :p. Those English and Spanish musketeers are for the new Period-Era mod Pirate_KK (and Pieter) are working on. These are for the periode 1600-1690. If there is a period that is 1500-ish I will make the armour versions.

All Nations have their Spanish Main soldiers now, and the resource is on the ftp. Thus I began on another project (borrow again some detailes of Petros' Dutch Fleut TM, thanks for that beautiful skin!).
The first is a Dutch Two Decker:

Someone should make a beautiful Pirate Frigate what has ALOT of golden decorations (figure/aft, cannon ports and stern especially ..and don't forget to add skull and crossbones on the stern) ..I've been wanting to have bigger ship but only frigate is the biggest ship what a Pirate would like ..the problem what makes me not-liking those frigates is because all frigates in our game have crappy skins (what are just SCREAMING for a improvement) or just not unique. And mephisto sucks ..too dark. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

Sorry fer being an nail in the arse but I really wanna see at least ONE beautiful pirate frigate. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_confused.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="icon_confused.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bow.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":bow" border="0" alt="bow.gif" />

EDIT: Drat. forgot to comment this beautiful dutch pinnace ..second BEST pinnace skin what I've seen so far (first best is Petros Merchantman). <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

EDIT2: Wait.. the Dutch Two Decker has buttload of CANNONS? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/8q.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":8q" border="0" alt="8q.gif" /> Wow ..if so then this ship is the first one I'll try sail with. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sailr.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":sail" border="0" alt="sailr.gif" />
 
it's a pinnace. they don't have that many cannons actually, but they have got a very well defended stern, making it a good merchant ship. still, looks nice. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> the stern seems to have a wierd graphical glitch though. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_confused.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="icon_confused.gif" />

The cannoned version of pinnace is so called "Small Frigate" but it doesn't look small. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_confused.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="icon_confused.gif" /> Its actually bigger than frigate so therefore it should be "Large Frigate".

Aye the Pinnace of war has a little more cannons but "Small Frigate" has even more cannons. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

it's seems you have forgotten the crimson blood mate. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":))" border="0" alt="smile2.gif" /> technically, it's a frigate. in fact, the pearl is based upon a frigate.
