So this actually ended up happening. The following threads are relevant for this too:

- Period Weapons
- Relations
- Towns/Islands Names/Nations
- USA Modifcations? Quest affairs? Hornblower involvement?

It strikes me that the nations.tga file needs a Napoleonic French flag added in the last period:

And the worldmap animated flags need a US and Napoleonic French flag too.

I do think we need a Napoleonic flag at some point. And a US animated one too.
