Women are persons too and that means that there are many types of personalities just like it is the case with men. By definition

some jokes are offensive

and posting them can cause problems.
 
A "Joke" is not funny, unless there is some truth associated with the story.

there is a fine line between being honest and being stupid, for example:

if you damage someones car and leave personal information, your honest.
if you leave your OWN information, your stupid!

or:

if you tell your wife/girlfriend that your doing it with someone else, your honest.
if you tell them it when there AWAKE, your stupid!
 
The Home Depot story is merely the latest version of a joke dating back to 2005:

What happens is that when you stop for a red light, a young nude woman comes up and pretends to be washing your windshield. While she is doing this, another person opens your back door and steals anything in the car.

They are very good at this: They got me 7 times Friday and 5 times Saturday.

For those who would prefer jokes about men, the web page shows a couple of other variants in which it is young naked men pulling the scam on older female drivers. The current version puts the man back in the driving seat.

In all cases the punchline is the same; the victim either expects to find the naked thieves again or is disappointed at not finding them again.

Alternatively it could simply be spam advertising cheap purses and wallets for sale at certain stores. :D
