Yes, you must talk to one of them for the quest to work. After you fight the first group, put your sword away so that one of the second group can talk.

You also need to talk to one of the first group before you fight them, but you must have done that otherwise the second group would not have appeared.

But i could not to finish the Quest!

If you failed to talk to one of the second group before you fought them then the quest is broken. You will need to reload a saved game from before you went to see the bandits.

Talk to one of the first group. Fight the first group. Put your sword away.

Talk to one of the second group. Fight the second group. Put your sword away.

Go back to Zaid Murro and talk to him.
