Flying the French flag will help, provided the fort has not already seen you with a British flag or your personal flag.

Or you could land at the beach and then walk to the port to find Faust Gasquet.

But if i have the english flag i can' t enter in st. Pierre Port?

Of course not! France is at war with Britain. If the fort sees you flying a British flag then it recognises you as an enemy and fires at you.

A new feature of Build 14 is that you can change flag. Before approaching Martinique, but out of sight of Barbados, press F2. One of the tabs is "International Relations". If you are at sea then you can change your flag on that screen. Change to a French flag, then sail to Martinique.

But if the fort has already seen you flying a British flag then it will remember you and fire even if you then sail to port with a French flag.

But Jack Sparrow you can choose also at the start of the game?

There is also FreePlay, which has no story and which allows you to choose from a lot of characters, including Jack Sparrow. "Tales of a Sea Hawk" also allows you to choose your character.

But Jack Sparrow i can meet him in another time?

The sidequest "Hard Labours of an Assassin" can be played in any time period, so you can meet Jack Sparrow in any time period at the end of the quest.

But i can meet Jack Sparrow further on?

No. You only meet Jack Sparrow at the end of "Hard Labours of an Assassin".
