Solved Ambroz Bricenos!

But when i download the game previously saved (before i did " hard labors of an assassin" ) i am able to carry out the Mission of deliver the cargo !
Yes, now that you mention it, I got into the habit of doing that. Save game before accepting a cargo job, then accept the mission, and if the storekeeper who is supposed to receive the cargo doesn't allow the mission to be completed, reload the saved game and try again.

That could very easily break a cargo quest. Try this experiment:
1: Save game.
2: Buy some cargo.
3: Buy a new ship. See if your cargo is still there. If not, then you'll also lose mission cargo if you buy a new ship. (Especially if the new ship has a smaller hold than the old one.)
4: Unless you want to keep the new ship, reload the saved game from step 1 and continue playing.

Press F2, which should bring up a choice of several screens. Your cargo should be one of them. Otherwise go back to the store and see if you can sell back the cargo you bought before you bought the new ship.

The job you'll get in a tavern is to escort a merchant ship to another port. If you're lucky, all you need to do is sail to that port and collect the money - the merchant captain should appear on the dock. If you're not lucky, an enemy ship will attack you as you approach the port. But if you defeat the enemy, the merchant should give you a bonus to the reward money.

Sometimes the game randomly decides that nobody needs to be escorted today, which is why you don't get a job.

Yes. Once when he hires you to assassinate Mateus Santos, and once when Mateus Santos hires you to assassinate him. If you turn down either job, Ambroz Bricenos disappears.

For basic trading, buy what the colony exports and sell what it imports. Exports are cheap because the colony produces them, so there's plenty of them. Imports are expensive because the colony doesn't have them locally, so there's a shortage. I'm not sure if the original game has this, but in the modded game if you press F2, one of the tabs you can then click is "Colonies", which can show you what each colony exports and imports.

Sometimes local citizens can give advice on what to buy and sell, so talk to people in the street.

For delivery quests, you'll just have to remember what the storekeeper asked you to deliver. Perhaps write it down on a piece of paper.

Press F2 and look at your character screen. It should tell you your level. If you've levelled up then you'll have points free to buy new skills and abilities.

The other clue is that once you've levelled up enough, Ambroz Bricenos might appear. xD
