Okay, the first one he should go to is Wellwood Industries. They sent a few spies to raid Meigger's lab and came away with some early proto-types of Roach Paste. I know that they have been working on improving on it in their lab.
 
Wellwood Industries is located behind the Farmer's Market. First you go East for about two blocks, then you turn North for three blocks and you will see the big green sign. There is the building. It is four stories high so you should be able to get a good shot.
 
Evade the laser detectors. Bolt the salty-cannon into the sidewalk across the street and take aim. Watch out for the Farmers Market, there is Tiger that they keep back there that no one knows about. It has been known to leap the fence occasionally and eat anything that walks by. Neighborhood dogs. Cats. People.
 
I forgot about that tiger. If it see you, just say "Now kitty kitty, be nice and go to sleep." That should work, but if it doesn't, RRRUUUNNNNNNN!
 
Meigger is right. Try to soothe it first, but then be prepared to run. The cat is notorious for not falling for that guff. It already ate a mailman and one of the lab tech's from Wellwood.
 
Probably not. If you get past the tiger though, you come upon the lion in the junkyard just down the block. He's not a happy cat either.
