We can offer up a reward for the capture of the mini-meigger's so no one will feel compelled to destroy them.
 
that wouldn't be such a good idea, as they might get trampled by all the people looking for them. but it might work.
 
Your right, some of the mini-meiggers can be trampled or otherwise destroyed by people obsessed with capturing them and collecting the reward. What steps can we take to ensure their safety?

Chopped up mini-meiggers are useless to us so they wouldn't get anything for 'em. We would have to state that the mini-meiggers must be turned in unscathed.
 
Of the mini-meiggers? Should there be a poster of just one, since they all look alike? Or a group shot? Which means we'll have to gather them all up to take a photo of them all together.

Yes, unfortunately they have all scattered to the wind now. I am in the process of trying to order online a mini-meigger detector but I don't expect it for several weeks. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

That must be the mini-meigger who holds the memory of being on PA, which is why he was drawn back here. If we catch him, he can lead us to the others. Here's a net, Morgan. I think I saw him running south into the park.

*throws the net, which falls just in front of the meigger on it's end, but falls backwards onto the meigger when he's trying to avoid it*

unfortunatly, the meigger got half squashed by the edge of the net, but he's still alive. and yes, kicking too.
 
Running up to the mini-meigger as it struggles on the ground under the net, Salty chases a duck away that had waddled over toward the meigger and swung his net at a few others that gathered on the periphery of the confused scene. They arched up and flapped their wings, hissing at Salty.
"Quick! Morgan! Try to snatch up the meigger before these ducks can get at it." Salty screamed and Morgan crept up behind the hostile ducks and attempted to reach out for the pinned meigger.
 
*shoots three ducks with flintlocks*

*mini-meigger just escapes from under the net, dashes for the clog, but finds it sunk because of the fourth bullet.*
