okay, working on the first blade of the first prop. bloody hell this is a lot of work. yes, the thing has a proper airofoil shape. i nearly made it the wrong way round. should have been a pretty funny sight when the ship would start going backwards. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> the one thing i'm worrid about though is that fact that the propeller is really tiny in comparison to the rest of the ship. the whole engine is, actually.

whew. i finished the propellers! those things are almost 3000 poly's each. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/8q.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":8q" border="0" alt="8q.gif" /> this is the secondary shaft, four brackets, and everything else attached to that area included. i've also finished the main steam valve and one of the inlets. it's satisfying to see that this thing is finally nearing completion, though there is still much to do.
