Nope.. those are power armor's tubes. Those tubes link him with his power armor and it's systems. Hence the position of them. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

Damn.. those super mutant walking and running animations in Fallout 3 look MUCH better than the human's walking and running (running is once again wierd). Bethesda sucks at doing animations for humans.. but when it comes to the beasts or beast alike.. they do it pretty much right. I dislike fallout 3 for having small world space and many graphical glitches with animations when wearing a power armor. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" /> Makes me want to play Fallout 2, where males moved allways masculine and with power armors they looked like they were saying "f**k off".. sadly it is not the case in "Fallout" 3. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="<_<" border="0" alt="dry.gif" /> In fallout 3 those power armored guys look like little shy boys thanks to power armors lacking their own animation files. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" />
I wish van buren (the first Fallout 3) was finished. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Instead of bethesda's attempt. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whippa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":whipa" border="0" alt="whippa.gif" />

Arcanum has some armor that looks surprisingly like some of the fallout outfits. it's called mechanized armor. i should have a pic lying around somewhere.
