wee, i found my old clapper pistol! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> i have it for a pretty long time already, and it's a fairly rare one too. it's an eight-round revolver with attachable silencer. most of them only have six rounds. i think it's one of those guns used by Japanese officers in the Vietnam war.

no no no, i was referring to my old clapper pistol rounds. you have to hit them with the cock (the gun component, of course :roll ) somewhere between one and eight times before they go off, and then it's anyone's guess what happens. sometimes it's a sad *ploof*, other times it goes off with a huge amount of smoke, and occasionally, like last time, it goes off with a deafening bang, sparks flying out of the back of the gun, which i'm sure it's not supposed to do. once the accumulated gunpowder residu cought fire. i was wondering why it wouldn't stop smoking. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> the trigger is getting a little wonky though. i have to pull back the cock now before i can fire. it used to be fully automatic. sometimes the firing chamber doesn't spin. the gun's got a nice old look to it though. it's made of brassed iron, and is partially green with rust. i tried sanding down the silencer a little, which gave it back it's old look. maybe i'll try some polish.
