i have something for you guys to look forward to: i'll be posting picutres of the gatling cannon and the santa maria once they're uploaded to photobucket. they're huge though, so be warned.
also, i succesfully built a tank's transmission system. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> it can go forwards, backwards, spin right, spin left, turn right forwards, turn left forwards, turn right backwards, and turn left backwards. i haven't put in different speeds apart from the steering speeds because i didn't have another clutch. otherwise i would have.

i have gained some appreciation for Aveyond. since i got going again, it's gotten a lot more fun. i've also found a lot of nice soundtracks in the game. concerning these it's a real hit-and-miss affair. they're either horrible, or great. i recently found a Lorien-like elven city in the trees. nice find. it also turns out you can download a music pack which greatly improves the quality of the music, though i like some of the original tracks better. but they're easy to fish out and customize once you know how. the only reason why the sequel is better is because it's pace is faster, which is the only major flaw in the prequel: the prequel is long-winded, but that might be due to my lag slowing it down. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="

ooh. this music pack is getting better and better. in fact, i think it's better than aveyond 2. i think the music pack was released after aveyond 2 was released. that would explain the far better quality.6923

music pack continues to grow more interesting. i'm now finding stuff resembling themes from the three musketeers! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> i don't like the new sailing song though. the old one had a more swashbuckling tune to it.
