We could always cause his computer to blow up <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> That should get him out of bed <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

<i>That shouldn't be too hard. From Morgan's description of it, it sounds like its close to blowing up anyway. </i><img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

actually, i think we may have just tripled it's RAM. which wasn't exactly a hard thing to do. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> meanwhile, i'm actually <i>making</i> the gatling cannon! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> the four crankshafts which regulate the movement of the legs already work in perfect synchronisation. i'm now working on the pneumatic system which lowers and raises the anti-recoil mechanism underneath. the undercarriage is basically done. i'll make the legs and their pivotal points next, along with the main driveshaft.

<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> How'd you do that? The bloody graphics card fan didn't even start today <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> . Piece o'crap!

oh, we stuffed another RAM card in a second slot which was surprisingly a working component in this piece of crap. some of the pieces in this huge pile of transistor and memory boards still work. problem is, it's the question if the part of my computer where they're supposed to go still works, which it doesn't, half of the time.

i'm making it out of lego. not very big, but looking bloody complicated already. you'll be amazed at the amount of gears you can stuff in such a small space.

ironically though, that fraction of my posts is more posts than most of the members have on this forum.
