i'm not sure what's slower: my internet or my computer. my money's on the computer. the internet freaked out again and temporarily tripled in speed, but it isn't faster because the computer is so slow. the only different is download times.

According to those, my download speed is 10 times faster than my upload speed, and multiplayer gaming is impossible on my connection.
