Looking at the log, appears there's a problem with salary (stupid typos! Fixed now). That _may_ be it; will check the saves.

`2004-05`-01: The second update for the PMT Build v11 is availiable.  

All updates of build 11 can be downloaded and installed from within the installation packages. Please note: It's not necessary to download the huge packages again. Just start the already downloaded package again and select the update component only . If you use a localised version of PotC you have to select it in the installation packages, too.

Officerpuppy, the problem stems for the fact the the Buildinfo.h file from the update is not overlaying the preexisting file. If you manually unzip the file and verify the replacing file dates and sizes, you'll see that this is indeed the case.

I wonder what installation engine is being used for the build and updates. I am an IT Architect for IBM, specializing in application repackaging and software deployment. I humbly offer me services to the PMT, if I can be of help.

I tried to help a (newbie in modding) to playing without any probs.
he had crashes all the time with the build v.11 and have a ATI radeon 9600 SE 128MB newest drivers.......
we went through a lot of things in his potc ......
but had to give up .......
then he installed the potc again this time without build, and then no crashes at all .....
I did not get a log from him .......
but does anyone in the PMT have an idea to this treat ?

This error could be caused by ..... he got his msn and so running while playing the game ........ and we know how the game handles the multitasking :cheeky
