I finally find time to test the new Post build pack.
Iìve installed these pack on a fresh POTC installation (please tell me if I missed something or add too much):
1) build12_full.exe
2) post_b12_full.zip (02-May-06)
3) post_b12_upd_25-5-06.zip
4) post_b12_small_upd.zip (30-may-06 ?)
5) latest_bugfixes.zip (07-jun-06)
As usual after the build12_full.exe installation run RunMe.bat script (if I don't do so I can't heard some voices).
I think that I discovered the Buildsettings configuration to avoid CTD during fight (land, port or boarding):
LOOTDEAD_ON=1
CORPSEMODE=3
For some reason with this settings I no more have CTD during fight (no CTD after 6 hour of play with this settings).
I find very few bug in this release:
1) Small_Cabin and Crew_Cabin loading screen are missed.
2) After dead and resurrection I had blank name.
3) After some boarding without problem for a certain time my officers didn't followe me during boarding (however I always have full crew support during boarding).
4) When a enemy ship surrender on sea (during ship to ship fight) after I assign an officier to this ship and leave it, the boarding icon is still enable and I can boarding the ship even if it's already mine.
After win the second boading I have to identical ship in my fleet.
5) A CTD occurred after swapped a ship after win a boarding.
