Build 14, newest update (April 2022).
I have switched "enable extra sounds" to 0 in InternalSettings.H and I use the updated Usurer_dialog.c supplied by Grey Roger, after which I re-initialized.
I also have made changes in InitItems, so jewelery sneak is set to 0 and skipsell is set to 1, after which I also re-initialized.
The calender fix for the loansharks works perfectly. I've managed to borrow money from two loansharks and pass the New Year with no difficulties.
But by coincidence the first loanshark I tried to borrow money from, was the loanshark in Santo Domingo on Hispaniola. I could borrow money just fine, and the quest book made a post with a title, but the quest text was completely empty. So while the game knew, I had borrowed money, there was no information about from who, the amount of borrowed money and the date of repay. I guess this loanshark is not corretly connected to the quest book.
I have made myself a mission to borrow money from all loansharks in the Carribean - one after another - and note it, if I find other problems.
And if someone with the skills at some point have the time and interest, I would suggest to make the loans individual in the quest book like it's done for the quests for the shipwrights, tailors, smiths and apothecary, so if the player borrows money from more than one loanshark, they are still able to keep track of the money, they owe, and to whom.
