Fantastic! Hurray for Pirate_kk! This IS exactly what we need! I hope he will succed in doing that. To tell the truth, I had come to the same conclusion myself and I was even trying a few things (with no results) before I left three weeks ago.
This will solve a lot of problems, for sure. For example, there will be no needs in having heavy interfaces textures for each language, as all text would be added separatly. We can even add some extra text for quest reloads : "<i>A few hours later, all our friends meet back in the tavern...</i>" or things like that.
