Jason: Haven't run acrossed any yet.....I am still trying to verify for Pieter, the fact that long term use of Merchants makes them increase in Quality....but have never played long enough to find out. So I chart all merchants/blacksmiths/storekeepers etc. that I find........My understanding is that characters can be added fairly easily....wonder if I could have a stab at that??

Where is that freaking cave on Cayman! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
 
There are 2 caves, one has a hidden entrance the other doesnt, are you after which one ?
 
Go to Sand Bluff at Cayman Island, when you land on the beach of Sand Bluff follow the track you will see in front of you.
In the next jungle scene follow the track to the left.
In the next jungle scene, follow the track & stay on the left hand side of the small hill. when the track turns to the right move ahead off the track to this point here depicted in the SS.

The entrance is just past the small " Lump " you see on the right of my character. The entrance is a hidden trapdoor is amongst the patch of grass just beyond the lump.

I presume you are doing a Treasure Quest, so if you cant find the Treasure let me know & 'll give you directions <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

Yes I am on a treasure hunt and it is easy to get lost in there. Are there maps of these catacombs? I would appreciate some help with the treasure.

Firstly as far as I know there isnt any maps, but after a lot of searching I have found the easiest way to the treasure <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

As soon as you enter the Catacombs, head the way you are facing when you entered & if you go straight through the next 6 Intersections you will come to a T intersection & you need to make a Right Hand Turn. ( Between the 5th & 6th Intersections you should pass a tall ladder on your left )

7th Intersection

You will walk a little way & the tunnel ends & you will find the hidden treasure.

Hidden Treasure

Now to get out you will go a different way.
Go straight through 1st Intersection, turn right at 2nd intersection, turn left at 3rd Intersection, left at 4th Intersection & you will come to a big ladder on your left, ( It's the same 1 you passed earlier ), this is the exit.

How do you keep track of where you are in the Catacombs, and dungeons?
 
I suppose it's a habit for me, I just take note of different things like rocks, barrels, bits of wood, etc that are laying near intersections & which way they are laying in retrospect as to where I am standing at the time.
I apply the same technique when I'm in the catacombs, dungeons or the Temple.
 
There do exist maps of the catacombs, actually. I have maps for Douwesen Cave, Khael Roa 1, Khael Roa 2, Oxbay Cave, Oxbay Dungeon and Redmond Dungeon. I can put them up on the FTP or on my site, if you like. However, these maps will not entirely apply to the newly added caves and dungeons.
 
If you don't mind could you put them up on your site.
I'll use them as a draft & see if I can map the newly added caves and dungeons.

Does anyone know where the treasure is on the beach at Boca Hubon? I have found it twice but I can't seem to get there this time?
