Sorry, there are no "homebased" smuggler NPCs on Antigua and StMartin yet.

BTW adding characters and quests to the new islands would be a nice and comparatively easy way to learn modding *HINT* <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

In Screwface's previous Crewmembers on Shore mod, he added a feature where you could encounter random smugglers walking around in town. I never encountered any though. Maybe this only happens if you have the crewmembers on shore mod enabled?

Maybe those smugglers walking around should always be enabled and not just when the crewmembers on shore mod is enabled? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
 
The problem is that they are randomly generated by the same methods who generate all the new encounters that i added in the crewmembers on shore mod so if you want to have them with the mod disabled, you will also have all the encounters and it will be very dangerous for player to walk alone <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/duel_pa.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ixi" border="0" alt="duel_pa.gif" />
 
I got a treasure quest for Hipanola. " Near the Hole in the cliff you can acceed (sp) cave. The treasure is in the cave. Which beach is it on? I accessed a cave off "shore" and the chest was empty is this the right one?
 
To Screwface: Can't you add the generation of smugglers outside the if(LAND_CREWMEMBERS) statement? Then smugglers are always generated, while the other encounters are only generated with the mod on. In what file can I find the appropriate code?

Is it just me or are the forts way tougher to take down in the new islands? I have a SotL and I can take any fort easily, but the new ones just wipe me :S
 
Umm, it wouldn't do you much good if you could beat those forts: the whole "land at fort and capture town" stuff for the new islands is not implemented <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wp" border="0" alt="whistling.gif" />

There's a dense jungle on Antigua shore (judging by the code), but other than that: nowhere (yet?).

Avast Thar Screwface, I be totally misguided and wrong, in my appreciation ere abouts that thar new Islands Mod....an I want'er be appologising fer nots mentionin my Thankees tew you as well fer this ere wonderful job. Agains Sir, I'll be puttin in my recommendashuns, tew have yew onored at the 1st annul Pirates Convenshun and Bar-B-Q when evers they gets around tew be settin a date and not be killin each other over sily issues , like share splittin and rum runnin, tew be sure!

I've uploaded a little Rar pack on the FTP for people who wants to have some denser jungles on new islands. I've used the good CCC buildingset to add trees on some locations on new islands. If you play with the crewmembers on shore mod, those jungles can be dangerous too ! I've also added a new small village on hispaniola and fix the missing loading screens for some towns of new islands. This little bug was because the init files of new islands were not updated to the "langage conversion mod". <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Of course, a New Game is required !

As i couldn't be on the forum recently, the last postbuild 12 version that i have installed on my game is the 25th march version so the pack is compatible with this postbuild12 version. Pieter could you please check the pack to see if it is compatible with the last postbuild12 update ? And can tell me what i have to install to be up to date ? I'm lost !!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ko" border="0" alt="ko.gif" />
