One problem is that I cannot modify the animation to make it a touch more feminine, and I seem to have trouble still with scaling her down... <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> Maybe I do something wrong, but it won't behave - strange fingers is the most noticeable effect...

Heh, well, I'd call it "screenshot mode", to take screenshots of my "twin" when viewing a model in the game! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> But yes, it is the 1st person perspective, "shooter mode", when you are supposed to see through the eyes of your character. I never play that way, especially not since the animation makes it look as if the character had one too many ales, making <i>me </i>feel sea sick almost, heh! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />

Well, that's - as far as I can grasp it - only available in the animated head sequences, and I can't seem to recall if we ever see the main character's head appear? Mind you, I had to restart a couple of times, heh!

That's all I can come up with. You'll lose all animation though, because .jpg's don't support animations.

Rescuing Lucas, and Voysey running off on Conceicao are two that come to mind.

Uploaded a fixed tool version today, with which I could convert Danielle to VRML and then back to gm, with all the locators correct.
HSL, the problem with the arms you're experiencing must be in the code - for me it works fine!
With the female model I can even go to 1st person - however not with the male one. System.log shows a "wrong bone number" error, but even if I zero out all the bone numbers I still get that. So I really have no explanation, even after playing around with it all day.
 
Tried done last thing, and it works! When importing the locators via text file from the original blaze model I *can* go to 1st person.
Did this with an exported and reimported Blaze and will try Blazie now.

Edit: And that works, too <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/william.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":will" border="0" alt="william.gif" />
