A bit of both , they aren't all done by the same person so how understandable they are will vary.

So I'm confused here.. Is this a new game that's being released? Has it been released? Or was it only in russian and you guys are translating it?

Okay, here's the rundown Dr. Maturin. Secrets of Far Seas is a russian mod by bestgamers.ru for AoP that we are working at getting translated by the modders fans. City of Abandoned Ships on the other hand is a full release by Seaward.ru using an updated version of the Storm engine (tentatively we've been told it is 2.8 ) that was developed by Seaward and being released internationally by Akella.

Secrets of Far Seas is currently playable, but badly scrambled and has lots of texture, model and audio bugs that we are working out.

City of Abandoned Ships is already released in Russia and currently out for professional translation into english.

The stuff I've been asking Damski about is Secrets of Far Seas.

The stuff I posted about above regarding being opened for modding is City of Abandoned Ships.

I hope that clears up a bit of your confusion.

Its not the game... I know Americans who are playing the US version...

My version is the US version and works so it has nothing to do with that
