How do you keep officers alive?

Holy crap! Those are some... WEIRD mistakes. I hate typos. Fixed them now. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/boom.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":boom" border="0" alt="boom.gif" />
Should've read "you cannot SAVE" and "made a MOD". <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
 
i've never tried sailing from one side of the archipelago to the other, but i think it would take you at least 6 REAL hours if you don't speed the game up. in fact, it takes 2 and a half real hours to go from redmond to douwesen! that is LONG.
