By my idea it should take in use almost all my weapons and charakters skins (I was finishing 5 black officers skins before explosion) (and I think I'll make one ship recolor special for this quest)... I figured it out, becouse some moderators <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" /> was saying, that they don't know where to use my new weapons and ect... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Sorry for going AWOL, been busy at home, wife wants some work done around the house. Also had break from texture files (going bog-eyed looking at them).

Re- Gypsy Captain:
The red on the jacket is virtualy the same colour as the original but I did try to deaden the brightness without altering the colour too much ( almost the same shade as the "good colour" on the POTBS colour reference card).
I'm all for making the models look as good as poss. but not realy for totally overwriting someone elses work\creation.
I had already done a version with a sort of burgundy coloured waistcoat but decided to release the original style,
I'll could release the other one if anyone wants that instead. SuperDurnius could copy & paiste the difference onto the other armor versions, (when he gets his new MB).

I showed Alan Smithee this work and he doesn't mind somebody doing improvements on it, but I didn't ask what he'd think of people completely replacing his work. That's why it'd be great to have two versions: the improved original version and one that has a different (more realistic?) colour. That way we don't have to overwrite Alan Smithee's original work completely.

BTW: Indeed SuperDurnius' alternate does look more like a rick merchant. That's why I thought it might be fun to use him for when Bartolomeu becomes a succesful pirate. From the third quest (when you visit the governor), I will "give" the "rich man suit" to the player.
