I tested the skins. Wonderful ! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":drunk" border="0" alt="buds.gif" /> I've had to increase the number for MAX_MODELS in Models.h. But I've got some interface screens messed up.
 
Are the portrait files in there? And are they correctly referenced in initModels.c?
