Could you explain how you managed to do that please?...
Just one minor problem : the blade and pistol locators, when you are in fight mode the weapons floats out of her hands.
To anybody who would like to test Christopher Mings' model : don't forget in initModels.c those two lines, or you will have the chicken-wings-bug : <!--c1--><div class='codetop'>CODE</div><div class='codemain'><!--ec1--> model.sex = "woman";
model.ani = "woman";<!--c2--></div><!--ec2-->
<!--quoteo--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->Could we not simply replace the normal BeatriceA model with this one?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
I'll vote for that as well! Thought I personnaly prefer the other Beatrice model, with more cloth...

Pieter and A Simple Virtual Sailor,
I used Blender to raise the arms on the AOP model, assigned its texture, and imported it into TOOL with the "Woman" animation. It took a couple of tries because things just don't line up that nicely on import, and as you point out, the locators don't always wind up in the right place. Another thing, where the model runs all right, (if not a little dorkily...) she has a real "hitch in her git-along" when she walks; her waist does some odd things from the rear-view perspective. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />o) Likewise, her hands don't function properly either... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/urgh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":urgh" border="0" alt="urgh.gif" /> I'm still learning the ins and outs of Blender, so who knows, I may get the hang of it eventually. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
I may have a copy of the other Beatrice model, but I never bought a copy of AOP, (Thanks Starforce! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dp_nogd.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ng" border="0" alt="dp_nogd.gif" /> ) so I don't have any of the other models from that game to try. (Also, personally I prefer the Beatrice model that looks like she's slipping out of something comfortable... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
:" border="0" alt="pirate2.gif" /> )
One question though, is there a talking head model for Beatrice? I just used a modified towngirl model that I included in the file so something shows up if you talk to this model.
Lastly, I don't think this model should replace Maximus' Beatrice model, in the game, (I'm right, yes, it was Maximus and Nathan Kell who set these models up for POTC? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> ) a lot of work went into that and this model is just another available option for the game.
