The other day (by the way) I met a fellow named Pavel from Moscow who said he knew someone or other from Akella (but I guess not AlexusB). He also said he used to play Akella's early "quest" style games. Apparently they've been in business a long time.

We need to get this organized. What files are already translated? I checked the FTP and could not find the korsary.zip file.

I've gathered from previous posts from this thread that we need an editor to modify the dll files, is that correct? And that perhaps our good friend AlexusB could provide it for it us?

Perhaps a way too attack this project would be to divy up the files to be translated among us and we Babelfish them (Does anyone have or know of a better translating tool?). Then we submit them to KiwisDoFly (or any others who can translate) so they can proof them for us. Then I suggest we divide up the files again and have our coders proof them and use AlexusB vast information of knowlege to iron out the last translation and coding wrinkles.

Then we can tackle integrating it with the current build.

Well thats my idea anyway... What do you guys think?
 
It should be a seperate build, methinks, and not part of B12.

Korsary.zip should be there, I just checked. But like I said, there are already English versions of a lot of these files, so they just need checked to see which correspond.

The goals here as Fred Bob sees them are as follows: 1) Make the A&M `Add-on` run on the stock US/UK versions of PotC and 2) Translate it from Russian to English.
