Yo tengo la versión del juego de Steam 1.7.0, sin DLC, y al colocar este mod el juego no abre y vuelve al escritorio sin más. En cambio, si uso la versión en inglés del mismo (la que está en el otro hilo), se ejecuta perfectamente sin problemas. Obviamente, de ser posible, me gustaría contar con la traducción en español.

First of all, greetings to all and especially to those who work for the community.

If I may, I would like to ask a question about this mod: Is it only compatible for those who own all the DLCs? I have the Steam game version 1.7.0, without DLC, and placing this mod the game does not open and returns to the desktop without more. Como base para la traducción usé la última versión del juego 1.7.0 con todos los dlc, puede que sea normal ese error en los juegos que no tengan todas las dlc.

Ese tema no lo controlo, pero puedo comentárselo a un compañero del foro que controla bastante sobre este juego, para ello tienes que copiarme el contenido del archivo "error.log" que aparece en la carpeta principal del juego después del error de inicio.

As a base for the translation I used the last version of the game 1.7.0 with all the dlc, maybe it's normal that error in the games that don't have all the dlc.

I don't control that topic, but I can comment it to a colleague in the forum who controls quite a lot about this game, for that you have to copy me the content of the "error.log" file that appears in the main folder of the game after the startup error.

Cambios de la versión 1.9 (20-7-2020)

-> Se está comprobando la traducción iniciando una partida desde cero, de momento he finalizado el Gámbito holandés para Holanda y alguna misión segundaria posterior a esta.
-> Se han corregido algunos pequeños bugs de ciertas misiones.
-> Se han traducido algunos textos de las interfaces.

Changes from version 1.9 (20-7-2020)

-> The translation is being checked by starting a game from scratch, so far I have finished the Dutch Scope for the Netherlands and some secondary missions after that.
-> Some small bugs in certain missions have been fixed.
-> Some interface texts have been translated.

Me anima mucho el trabajo que han hecho aquí y estoy deseoso por verlo.
Lamentablemente no puedo comprar los ultimos DLC creo que son dos. No bajo la situación actual. Ni siquiera he podido mirar cuantos me faltan, pero veremos sin ellas como me funciona.

I am very encouraged by the work you have done here and I am looking forward to seeing it.
Unfortunately I can not buy the latest DLC I think there are two. Not under the current situation. I have not even been able to see how many I lack, but we will see how it works without them.

This mod is taking shape and has reached a level unthinkable just a couple of months ago, thanks to the incorporation of new forum members into the translation group: @Bucanero Furtivo and @Tio de Kronstak.

The first change is the name that from now on will be:

Comparto con vosotros los cambios del mod que traduce el juego al español gracias a @Bucanero Furtivo y @Tio de Kronstak.

-> Añadidos nuevos audios de voces en español reemplazando todas las voces en inglés.
-> Añadidas nuevas voces para la interface del mar (cuando aparecen enemigos, cambio de munición de los cañones y cuando se recargan y están listos para disparar).
-> Se han utilizado las voces en español de mods anteriores del Age of Pirates 2.
-> Se ha revisado el archivo "Greetings_alias.ini", volviendo a agregar voces que estaban eliminadas del juego base por razones desconocidas), como la vendedora. Sin embargo, a pesar de agregar la voz de la camarera, ésta no suena al principio del juego por alguna razón extraña (quizá si funcione en otras tabernas).
-> En la dirección "sounds/voice/russian" hay archivos de voces sueltos (todos en español). Hay que tener en cuenta que los archivos que están nombrados en inglés están 'supuestamente' en uso (los he escrito en inglés a propósito) para que aparezcan ciertos diálogos del juego. Pero los audios que están nombrados en español (ej: Esclavo01.wav) no tienen uso, se han dejado por si son de utilidad en el futuro.
-> También se han traducido las voces de la carpeta "sounds/types", utilizando los audios ya listos del juego Sea Dogs antiguo, verán que van bien, además de un añadido.
-> Dentro de la dirección "sounds/interface", están listos los audios, pero verán que algunos tienen variantes. Esto es porque pensaba agregar al juego para dar más variedad durante las batallas, pero no logré encontrar el archivo que aloja estos audios, por lo que sólo están ahí, sin más. Quizá alguien encuentre el archivo base de estos archivos, pero sino, los que están reemplazado suenas bastante bien.
-> Se han revisado y corregido la ortografía de todas las carpetas de diálogos y el QuestBook.
-> Se ha añadido la música del Age of Pirates 2 al juego (no he reemplazado nada). Le da cierta variabilidad aumentada a la pocas pistas musicales que trae el juego base, además de conllevar algo de nostalgia.
-> Se han mejorado la mayoría de los vídeos al formato HD 720p (formato máximo que aguanta el juego), el vídeo de introducción de nueva partida se ha traducido al español.
-> Se han añadido alguno que otro efecto de sonido mejorado, para que no sea todo tan monótono.
-> Se ha añadido un clip de PiratesAhoy! al final del último video del inicio del juego.
-> En el segundo enlace se ha añadido una Beta de la traducción más la nueva misión "Espionaje en la Habana", va en paralelo a las misiones del juego y no interfiere con ninguna de ellas. También agrega tres barcos nuevos al juego, incluido el Perla Negra del "Black Pearl Mod".

-> Spanish voices from previous Age of Pirates 2 mods have been used.
-> The file "Greetings_alias.ini" has been revised, adding again voices that were removed from the base game for unknown reasons), as the seller. However, despite adding the voice of the waitress, it doesn't sound at the beginning of the game for some strange reason (maybe if it works in other taverns).
-> In the address "sounds/voice/russian" there are loose voice files (all in Spanish). Note that the files that are named in English are 'supposedly' in use (I wrote them in English on purpose) so that certain dialogues of the game appear. But the audios that are named in Spanish (ex: Esclavo01.wav) have no use, they have been left in case they are useful in the future.
-> Also the voices of the "sounds/types" folder have been translated, using the already ready audios of the old Sea Dogs game, you will see that they go well, plus an addition.
-> Inside the "sounds/interface" folder, the audios are ready, but you will see that some have variants. This is because I thought to add to the game to give more variety during the battles, but I could not find the file that houses these audios, so they are just there, without more. Maybe someone will find the base file of these files, but if not, the ones that are replaced sound pretty good.
-> All dialog folders and QuestBook have been checked and spell-checked.
-> Added Age of Pirates 2 music to the game (I haven't replaced anything). It gives some increased variability to the few music tracks in the base game, and also brings some nostalgia.
-> Most of the videos have been improved to HD 720p format (maximum format that the game supports), the new game introduction video has been translated to Spanish.
-> Some improved sound effects have been added, so that everything is not so monotonous.
-> A clip of PiratesAhoy! has been added at the end of the last video of the beginning of the game.
-> In the second link a Beta of the translation has been added plus the new mission "Espionaje en la Habana", it goes parallel to the missions of the game and doesn't interfere with any of them. It also adds three new ships to the game, including the Black Pearl from the "Black Pearl Mod".

Buenas noches. Estoy jugando a Sea Dogs TEHO con la traducción y, por ende, Hooks mod instalados. No he tenido ningún problema con el juego (crasheos aparte), hasta que ha llegado el momento de participar en la regata. En mi partida anterior, que la jugué en inglés pero con el Hooks mod, pude completarla exitosamente, pero ahora me ha surgido un problema que se suponía que dicho mod arreglaba: el jefe del puerto de Belice, la primera parada de la regata, me ha descalificado. He participado con un lugre, sin cambiar de nombre al barco (el “Santa Catherina”, que me lo ponen de manera automática) y sin añadir nuevos buques a la escuadra. Parece ser que es el famoso bug de la versión inglesa vanilla del juego, en el que por culpa de unos caracteres en cirílico de la versión rusa mal traducidos al alfabeto latino no se te reconoce el nombre del lugre como el correcto. He probado a registrarme en esta etapa de la regata tanto en la versión de la traducción que había estado usando, la que salió antes de verano, y con la más reciente, la que añade voces en español. El juego tiene todos los dlc y está actualizado a la última versión, 1.7 si mal no recuerdo.

¿Qué puedo hacer para solucionar esta situación? No sé cómo desactivar la traducción si esta es el que causa la reaparición del bug y querría evitar tener que reinstalar el juego para asegurarme de que no quedan rastros de la traducción en los archivos del juego.
