What controllers do YOU use?

Super Zealot
I got it I got I got it!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bounce.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":b:" border="0" alt="bounce.gif" />! I HAVE THE GAMEPAD AND I'M NOT AFRAID TO USE IT! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> I can now sneak, walk and run in any direction in Lego Indiana Jones now and my arms should not get inconvenient tensions in them anymore. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" />

Gamepads are damn handy! I have an old Saitek that is one of the best pieces of computer hardware I ever invested in!

Yep they sure are. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> I have some kind of speedlink's gamepad.. in my computer it says it's TURBO PAD. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Anyways, I think this is the thing I have. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />: <a href="http://www.speed-link.com/?p=2&cat=3122&pid=18098&paus=1" target="_blank">http://www.speed-link.com/?p=2&cat=312...8098&paus=1</a>

<img src="http://images.speed-link.de/prodpics/SL-4442-SSV/large/sl-4442-ssv_1.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Nice! Here is mine, it's a Saitek P880.

<img src="http://www.madtech.pl/pliki/saitek/p880/1.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Looks like it is made for gaming and is not some cheap or overpriced crap that breaks after use or two. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> It seems to have few extra buttons too, what they do? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blink:" border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> And what does dual analog mean? Two analog sticks or two dual analog sticks? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":wacko:" border="0" alt="wacko.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I'm not really familiar with those gamepads much.. other than that they sure are fine controllers for games like Lego Indiana Jones if they have the sticks. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />

And here's mine:

<img src="http://www.logitech.com/repository/248/jpg/1634.1.0.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Skyliner, what would you use those dual analog sticks for? Are they more like the keyboard's arrow keys or WASD keys you'd use for driving games? This gamepad needs you to take your finger off the gas to turn, so it makes police chases in games like GTA: Vice City pretty slow. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Sticks are like mini joysticks.. and I KNEW you had that blue crap. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Man, does that look pathetic! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/24.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rofl" border="0" alt="24.gif" />

Here's the controller I use,

<img src="http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/2205526/xbox360controller-main_Full.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Unless I'm playing a racing game, then I use my wheel,

I've got Logitech's MOMO wheel:

<img src="http://www.logitech.com/repository/220/jpg/1390.1.0.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

I think it means two analog sticks, but you can also change everything to digital. That's a really annoying button btw! Those other buttons are basically just extra programmable buttons that you can make do anything ya want, very handy! It really is made very well, I wasn't expecting that kind of quality when I pulled it out of the box. It really fits my hands almost perfectly, it's the most comfortable controller I have ever used. I forget exactly how much I paid for it, but I think it was around $20. Saitek really makes some decent quality stuff. This thing has survived being thrown around, against the wall, slammed to the ground, being stepped on ..and my dog! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I used to use it a lot when I was playing MAME games, it's also fantastic for those other old console emulators too. One of these days I am gonna get around to building me a full blown MAME cabinet, so I can relive the glory days of playing Zaxxon, Elevator Action ans Spy Hunter the proper way!! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

<img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Wow.

Mmmm...Spy Hunter. Haven't played that in ages. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":modding" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />

My joystick, Saitek's Cyborg Evo Force Feedback:

<img src="http://www.saitek.com/uk/images/product/evoforce.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

Wow.. looks cooler than my cheap crap. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

Worth every penny, too. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> I just wish I'd chosen as well with the gamepad. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I wish I had had one of those back when I was playing F-15 Strike Eagle! That would have kicked much butt!

...Ooops, sorry, i almost hijacked this thread by starting talking about off topic things like old video games n posting stuff!

I use a gaming mouse: Razer Diamondback 3G
<img src="http://images.tigerdirect.com/skuimages/large/Razer-Diamondback3G-R99-10b.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
and a keyboard,planing on buying this
<img src="http://www.itechnews.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/razer-arctosa-gaming-keyboard.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
and for racing games
<img src="http://i.wp.pl/a/i/zakupy3/rqm/4521/x_apollo_rw2009.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />
and my sexy graphics card
<img src="http://www.product-reviews.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/asus98gtx_05s.jpg" border="0" class="linked-image" />

You are using your girlfriend's graphics card? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> It doesn't sound right. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Standard, except for the run key. After playing a lot of FPS-games, I still find myself pressing space to jump <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Razer Diamondback and gold-plated keyboard, Skyliner? You must be a hardcore gamer. How is the keyboard in function, is it quiet?
