what exactly are the mods out there? i currently have CMv3 on, but i keep seeing the loyalty mod, readable books mod, capsizing(???) are they out? or are they being worked on?

There is CMV3.1.5 out now.

All the mods you see now will most likely be included in the combined mods pack when they are finished.
