The sails are added by the game engine through locators. If you use existing masts, they'll already have sail locators. However, the sails and rigging might need some fixing. You have to check that after putting the ship ingame.

1: the kraken thing, i didn't find a good picture or clip where i can see the HOLE kraken thing, but i think it look's like this <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

2: I remade the midle area, i noticed at the wold's end that the midle area was not looking <u>at all</u> like mine verson, so i made a new <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

wow. that's really good! now that you mention it, the main deck DOES look like that. i think the guns would be below the walkway. or on top, i don't know.

it would make sense, especially from a designer's perspective. the lowered area gives access to the lower deck. but i still don't see a bow, mate. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

you mean the main shape. if he's planning on doing the sculptures, he's got a hell of a lot more work coming his way. (personally, i'd only model the important sculptures and their main shapes, and leave the rest of the appearance to the texture)

Texture, definitly. If you're going to model all little details, the Dutchman is going to run one one frame per second even on the best computers. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Ok don't model those sculptures then because you have still to do this thingy on the stern (the thingy where captain's cabin windows are).
