the new rig doesn't seem to be impressed with anything at all, really. : was a pain to get kicking though. turns out the thing was designed for vista and i needed to scavenge the XP drivers for everything, which aren't even supposed to exist. it's a m8180, which is pretty good. got a GeForce 9800 GX2 too. quad-core, 2,4 GHz per core, 3GB RAM with a whole bunch of gizmo's i'll probably never use. something like 300GB drive space.

i could, but i'm not going to look up all those drivers again. besides, i don't like what i've heard about it. and i don't need the proper quad core management anyway.
