I'm assuming you've used my new RN, FR and US_Hull1 textures? They compliment the ship very well!
One small thing I'd change is the edge of the planking UVs (visible in photos 32 and 33).
Isn't there usually a long beam which covers those planking edges? I think that might look better than leaving the edges exposed.
Once exported, it should look perfectly normal in-game.

Not to worry, I think that's just another example of a rendering glitch within Maya. It usually happens if using high resolution textures (up to 2048x2048).Even though the window pieces don’t show up, it can be seen in the wireframe http://www.flickr.co.../in/photostream that they are still there, and they appear completely normal when I put the gold decoration texture back on. Anyone seen this sort of thing before?
