A while ago i type out a word document that tells you how to give your selves armour or guns or swords for when you start the game, it is a sort of cheat, but i only use it to get a good gun or something at the start, it can also be usefull for giving your self a weapon that you have just made or edited it's stats.
I made a post about this a while ago but it was more about asking were to upload it.
This is for post build mod 12 but it might work for build mod 12.

P.S. could i maybe upload this to the ftp site, if i can then how?
 
Download <a href="http://pieter.piratesahoy.org/downloads/ftp_commander.zip" target="_blank">FTP Commander</a>. That program allows you to upload and download to and from the FTP. Is this the same file you uploaded some time ago? I downloaded your file, but haven't yet done anything with it.
 
I uploaded it a while ago but not to the ftp.

<b>edit:</b> I have uploaded it on to the ftp, it is in the folder, Captain Sir Henry Morgan.

<b>edit 2:</b> I have also uploaded a new skin that adds a stiched up cut and a worn bronze belt to Blaze.
Make a backup of the original and put it in <b>Pirates of the Caribbean\RESOURCE\Textures\Characters</b>.

Just did Stede Bonnet's flag on the sails, his flag had a black background so i used black sails.

Nice work. If you upload them onto the FTP, I will try to add them into the Post Build 12 modpack. I especially like the loading screen. I'd like to add that to the screen you are supposed to see when starting a the game. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
 
I am glad you like them since i am only a novice at this, the sails are only easy because of something i found on photoshop. If there is a flag or a sail that you would like done just ask. I check Pirates Ahoy every day.

edit: I have uploaded the sail and have made a preview folder that has .jpg files of all the tga.txs that have been uploaded, everything is in my folder (Captain Sir Henry Morgan).
 
I have replaced the loading screen with one that includes my name, if you don't mind.

I would say "Image by" too. This way it sounds like you made the entire Build. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />

Very nice work on the flags and sails and also on the screens.

I would like to request a new flag/sail for Hawk's personal colors. The most recent version (yesterday) has gone back to the 18th century Polish eagie. I think we should have something that is realistic representation off a hawk. Perhaps in flight, perhaps stooping, (diving). Could you help?

On a flag or a sail?

What do you want then flag or a sail, and where are the flag tga.txs?
 
We need it as flag for the player character. The flags are stored in RESOURCE\Textures\flagall.tga.tx .
 
The one with the red hawk on it. Or if you are using a different modpack update, there is a Dutch WIC flag that you should replace. It is the flag on the far right side of the file anyway.
 
If you want to change flag and do everything to be shown correctly you should follow procedure I described in buildinfo\KK Mod readme.txt:

If RaiseFlag mod is used the "Neutral" button on International Affairs is
changed to "N.H. Flag" (if someone have changed the name for main character,
N.H. will change to his/her initials).

I have created a red flag with white eagle on it and that flag is similar to
those used in Polish navy in first half of XVII century. In my wildest dreams
it would become a Build standard. However, I'm sure that there would be some
people who would want to create custom flag and sails emblem. This might be
accomplished by making following changes:
a) file RESOURCE\TEXTURES\flagall.tga.tx contains depiction of flags
for various nations, which appears on masts. The last one should be
overdrawn.
b) file RESOURCE\TEXTURES\BATTLE_INTERFACE\all_nations.tga.tx contains
flags displayed in spyglass and small flags on International Affairs
interface (showing which colors Nathaniel is currently using). Again,
the last one must be changed.
c) flags in file RESOURCE\TEXTURES\BATTLE_INTEFACE\small_nations.tga.tx
are painted over ships icons during 3D sailing when using "SailTo" or
"GiveCommand" buttons. Nathaniel's flag is the last one, next to the
grey square.
d) to change emblem on sails, create emblemed sail, name it to
sail_whole_white_nation10.tga.tx and place it in directory
RESOURCE\TEXTURES\SHIPS.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->

If you change flag only in flagall.tga.tx there'll be differences between interface pictures and flag visible on mast during battle.

I have done a flag what do you think.

It has some lines for kills and a picture of a red hawk, you can really see the writing at the top that says "The Hawk will take Victory"

I can change it if you want.

The flag somehow looks a bit like something an American WWII pilot would paint on his plane. Not sure it fits into the game... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
