CoAS CMV3 again

Well, I have understood that is better to download and aooly the .exe. Now a few questions.
1. Exit the game, apply the .exe? Correct?
2. Since I've been playing already for a while, can I apply the .exe as a patch, reload and play from where I was?
3. I guess that the mod in in english, what happens, as in my situatione, if you're playing in onother language (italian)? Does the patch screws the game up or I'll find some dialogues in english and others in italian, which is tollerable?

I can answer point 2) all new patches require a new game

Yes work on all community mods has been done in English and all patches too.

.1. Yes you should never apply patches to games you are playing at the time of install.

2. Asw Captain Maggee said, yes all patches require new games.

3. Not sure, i don't know of anyone saying there game was broken or parts of the dialogs was in there lanauge and in English.
