We should try to figure out exactly when these freezes occur and we should try to get people to confirm them. Who experiences these problems? How long are the freezes? How frequently? Any idea why they occur? Could it have something to do with what you were doing before the freeze occurred? Do the freezes always happen?

And please DO post your error logs, or at least the last 20 entries. PotC usally freezes if the C code tries in vain to find a missing attribute or variable, which will be reported in the error.log. Or if the engine tries to find a texture or model that isn't there, which is reported in the system.log. With such reports a bug might be found in minutes. But without such data all we can do is guesswork on hearsay.
