My ship of choice would be the ships of class 3 and up, Battleship is my favourite. I like any ship with a big cargohold.

I wanted to capture my way to the top of the ship food chain, but I love the name I gave to my starting ship ("Emily's Love," edited character_init.c to get the apostrophe in there), so I bought a Xebec CT as a transitional upgrade. Well, it was <i>supposed</i> to transitional, but I've grown to love her so much that I'm keeping her! Took down a frigate and a corvette outside of QC in separate encounters. Incredibly fast, highly maneuverable, and enough firepower to hold 'er own against almost anything. Amazing ship, Cat! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

<b>iamthejarha, </b>thanks, I love that little ship too. Whenever you need more firepower, just keep a second ship - I like the Man O' War, as it has loads of cargo space, and lots of firepower. It handles like a `cast-iron` bathtub, but if your flagship is the Xebec CT, you'll have no problem with speed and maneuverability.
