we got japanese next door. that woman makes a racket even when sober. i don't know what she's saying, but it sure sounds whiney.

There's a quick and easy way to freak them out, too: make yourself a hat of leaves, get an old walkie-talkie from somewhere, then wander around in your yard late at night (when they're outside too), constantly talking into the radio about "them dang commies". <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />

Is the investigating team still around checking into the jet fuel all over everything? Or did they go the way of the muffins?

Yes, that's why we are curious to find out why we found jet fuel residue all over the pickup we were in.

Could have been. That's why we called in the investigating team, however one of them found a shiny object in the wreckage and quickly pocketed it and tried to take off. After Meigger shot him Morgan and I searched him but could not find the object and have no idea where it could have went. The aviation fuel residue and the object remain a mystery but it is one that must be solved.
 
There wasn't time. We were being shot at from unknown gunmen who have been dogging us for quite a while. However, I think you may be on to something. If we could only find that object we could formulate some sort of conclusion to this mystery.
 
I'll keep my eyes peeled - the object's bound to appear sometime. You wouldn't happen to know the current whereabouts of the body, would you? Even an autopsy at this late of a date might yet tell us something. Is it possible the unknown gunmen are some of the anonymous users I've seen browsing the forum?
