It will definetely have a monthly subscription fee, and if its any help, most current MMO's (eve-online, WoW ect) are around $14 US per month.

Customer Support, less Japanese-looking characters, overall quality... And the buying of ingame items with real world money will not be allowed - which is a good thing in my opinion because I would be okay with a subscription fee, but I wouldn't buy the best set of items every time a patch comes out just so I can still compete in PvP with the people with no life and lots of money...

I'm guessing the game will cost $15 a month, it's a reasonable price for online games.
