You really don't want those Building Permits. They're items that are required for the Building Set mod and are NOT meant to be acquired by the player. If you equip a building permit, you'll be carrying a building.

Kill a building, then loot the building and take the items he/she/it has.

I am standing there attacking the building and nothink happening. How do you attack the building. ?

There is a character to whom the building is attached. Kill him/her. If you can't reach him/her, use sidestep to "walk" through the building to where the character is standing.

I got myself some Building Permits and dont see no point in them lolz. Also the building dont stay down any way after you come back to same locatsion, the building's are back lolz.

Pieter Boelen downloaded the new update 11,06.06. Whats changed in it ?

Not much. Just some more things fixed. Not entirely sure what exactly, but it should work a bit better than the previous version.
