I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean. It is a link to a tool that can merge a dialog.c and .h file so you can see which line is which.I have seen it used only in FredBob I think.
The tutorial could be more detailed.
Possibly. Though I've also been guilty sometimes of laziness resulting in such dialogs too....I thought I have seen a dialog.c file somewhere with the texts visible. No dialog.h file needed.
Maybe a result of the dialogmerge?
The reason for two files is to allow translation.Maybe it's easier to have all in one file. There's always a lot of counting the lines in dialog.h.
Translation of course. The folder for the .h files is called English yes.

I click on some of them and it says that the server could not be found. I need to download GM viewer again because for some reason when I click on my GM viewer it says: Invalid filename.
