Yep. Though if you want it now, I've got the files to get it working in Patch 7 uploaded:

New game required.
 
pieter, I installed the files and when I play I can not because I get a: runtime error abnormal termination
 
Did you install on top of Patch 7? I think you said you were running Build 13 before...
 
Please "Enable Error Logging":
- Open "engine.ini" in your main game folder.
- Find the "debuginfo = 0" line and change it to "debuginfo = 1".
- Find the "runtimelog = 0" line and change it to "runtimelog = 1".
- Find the "tracefilesoff = 1" line and change it to "tracefilesoff = 0".
- Start the game and wait until the error occurs.
- Now find compile.log, system.log and the possible error.log in your main game folder.
- Post their contents here

I have the sistem.log and error.log, not the complie.log
in system log says this:

Ah; missing file is the reason. Did I make a mistake in compiling that file?

pieter, I tested these files and I can play.
Kraken's attack is great, but as is done for the Flying Dutchman dives?
 
If you installed all three files in order, the Flying Dutchman should be able to dive.
Triggered through the same menu as the Kraken attack, though it's usually the last icon in the line and you might need to scroll.
 
I can play Age of Pirates Caribbean Tales with this computer?

As long as it doesn't have an Intel onboard graphics card, you should be good.
 
PotC, AoP and AoP 2: CoAS all use nearly the same game engine. If one of them doesn't work, the others will cause the same trouble. :(
