you can't really expect everyone to understand your references though.

spidey is continuing to become one clumsy heap of cranks, hinges and gears. the engine's in place, as well as the rest of the chassis and the main sections of the front and rear legs. problem is that that he's getting pretty heavy. i <i>could</i> try replacing a lot of the heavy-duty chassis beams with lighter parts though, but it's going to be tricky to attach to the ClankDrive. might be something to consider once it's finished. modern lego parts do tend to be a lot lighter.
